Senkole Keleto is located south of Solomo city in Uraga on the road to Gogogu, coffee plantation is pretty new in Sonkole Keleto as the altitude exceeds 2300, the cool weather at night makes the cherry mature late, and for the first time in 2026, we harvested cherries in February in Senkole Keleto. The altitude makes the cherry big, the bean vey small and dense but yet very complex, fruity and long-lasting flavours.

Cherries are brought by horses from farmers to station, then floated, then put in Anaerobic barrels where they are kept under shade for controlled temperature fermentation, after fermenting for 72 hours, cherries are put on African Drying beds in thin-layers where they dry without shade for 5 days then finish by shade to maintain constant dry temperature and also for high flavor retaintion.
