El Morito is a group of small producers located in Mataquescuintla, Jalapa.
Mr. José Roberto Monterroso created this group 20 years ago and achieved a continuous growth year by year. Today the group counts with more than 450 members.

El Morito is offering a wide range of high quality coffees starting with Fancy SHB´s of the Jalapa region up to small micro lots from selected areas of group members, washed and natural  rocessed. The continuous improvement of their qualities brought them great success during the last years in the Cup of Excellence Competition. In 2013 they won the 2nd place and in 2014 the 3rd and 11th place.
