Ngiriambu FCS is a cooperative of several thousand smallholder farmers in Kirinyaga who cultivate high-altitude Arabica on small plots and deliver cherries to Kiri and Kegwa washing stations, where the coffee is fully
washed and sun-dried to produce the bright, fruit-forward cup profile typical of Kenyan specialty coffee.

The cherries are sorted before being pulped. The parchment is then fermented overnight, before being washed and graded into P1, P2, P3, P lights and pods. After that, it is dried on the drying tables for 8-14 days.
