Про каву:

Kochere specialty coffee comes from the highlands of Kochere in the renowned Yirgacheffe area, where it is grown at elevations of 1,800–2,100 meters in fertile volcanic soil with cool temperatures and steady rainfall. Smallholder farmers cultivate coffee in shaded garden plots using traditional, low-input methods, often intercropping with food plants and handpicking ripe cherries. The region is known for its diverse Ethiopian heirloom varieties, which contribute to complex, floral, and citrus-forward flavor profiles. After harvest, cherries are delivered to local washing stations——where they are processed using washed or natural methods. The lush, semi-forest landscape and strong community-based farming practices together create coffees that are vibrant, distinctive, and deeply reflective of their origin.
