Fazenda Santa Cruz is a coffee farm in South of Minas, Brazil, managed by Josiani Moraes and her
husband Giovanni Bragagnolo. They started the coffee business in 1998, after replacing the orange trees on the land. They aim to produce high quality coffee and improve their technology and infrastructure.
They also care about the environment and the social welfare of their employees and the community. They have planted many native trees, conserved water resources, obtained the Carbon Neutral seal, and hosted events and courses related to coffee. They have different methods of harvesting and processing their coffee, and they check the quality of each lot before selling. Josiani is an expert in food industry
and is passionate about specialty coffees.
