The coffee history of the producer Jean Faleiros begins more than 100 years ago through his ancestors. The Faleiros family often say that they are blessed, as they come from Ibiraci and this municipality is one of the best places in Brazil to produce specialty coffees. Santa Monica farm is at one of the highest points in ibiraci at 1260 meters above sea level. The Santa Monica farm is part of the Eldorado group, which includes 7 different coffee producing properties, the Eldorado group is a family group that for 12 years, Mr. Laerce, patriarch of the family, gave the name for the meaning that the properties represent: a place full of riches and precious stones that here are shaped like coffee cherries, reddish or orange ready to be polished !!! We love and respect coffee growing a lot, we work in the entire chain, from the production of the seedling to the export of our coffee fruit !!! , we work with a balanced and sustainable soil , all our coffee waste goes back to the plantation in the form of compost , today all our fertilizer is Organomineral , we understand that the balance of our coffee tree is what will bring us the best fruit , so that we can reach the final phase harvest and post harvest with its greatest excellence, then the fruit is sent to our 6 star hotel because we work with quality mapping and it comes to the yards already established which process and drying it will receive, we try to dry most of it our special coffees on a suspended terrace, today we already have a square of 8000 square meters, because there it will be 100% protected and comfortable to express all its potential l.I could stay here writing a million more things, but I prefer that one day they come to our coffee farms in person, because only then can we truly and truly pass on our love for the coffee fruit
