Finca San Antonio has been in the Salaverria family for over 5 generations, located in the hills overlooking the town of Salcoatitan, right in the middle of the Apaneca Illamatepec coffee growing region at an altitude ranging from 1200 to 1250 masl . The varieties planted in the Farm are Pacas, Caturra, and a few sarchimor hybrids, all of this is shade grown. Harvested at optimal ripeness at around the months of December to February, them processed as a washed coffee and dried in clay patios.
