Mathewos Ersemo washing  processing site is located and name for the village of Boje-Kochere where the washing site has processing the coffee which grown at elevation range from1900-2200 . washing site well infrastructure and installed including 17 standard fermentation and washing tank; 250 drying beds; have two water tankers the capacity of 80,000 liters eachs . For dry coffee prepared (10*15) m2   size warehouse. This area is also known by its organic coffee. Agro-forestry   is the activities in producing coffee in the area. Large numbers of small holder farmers are producing coffee. so; there is a high mount of red cherry supply for coffee processing site. Boje-Kochere is a wet processing where ripe cherry deliveries from smallholder farmers. when the time of production produce based on  while protecting the environment and people.
