Wine process in Yirgacheffe is something that tastes fermented yet delicate. It offers something new which many find interesting in flavour but also long-lasting intensity which many enjoy to brew when wanting to drink something different.
This coffee was processed by souring a specific farmers coffee from the Banko Chelchele Station which is Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified. The coffee was processed in TRACON CHELCHELE STATION which is about 6 years old and has a processing capacity of over 15 containers. This station is very modern with ceramic tiles and shade for washed processing.
