Raul Gomez is a small producer, living on the plot of land where he produces coffee he also produces corn , beans and has his own dairy production for his family. He owns his own deplulper and is in charge of processing the coffee in the family. His farm name “Maracuya” is from a well known fruit grown in these mountains, and he produces also some of this fruit making it very particular for the region.
