This coffee is from the twin of Hirna in East Harrar – which is the birth town of Moplaco. This coffee is chosen as it is found grown in the highlands of 1800-2100 masl, with cold temperatures. Coffee from Hirna was famous during the initial period of Ottoman induced exports from Ethiopia.
