Jaén province located in the Cajamarca department, in northern Peru. Around 40% of our producers are based in this region. Cajamarca is one of the most important coffee-growing areas in Peru, recognized for its ideal altitude, fertile soils, and consistent cup quality. Most farmers are smallholders who work family plots and have many years of experience in coffee cultivation.
