CARPEC –  The Agricultural Cooperative, of Carmo do Paranaíba – Brazil. Its Located in Cerrado Mineiro region, which has the perfect conditions to produce high-quality coffees. 
 
The Cooperative was founded on February 28, 1965, and have been more than 50 years strengthening the cooperativism of the region. Besides coffee, producers of dairy and beef cattle, corn, coffee, soybeans, and beans are supported as well, and today Co-op counts with about 1700 members, and 400 of them are coffee producers. 
 
Providing services related to the production, classification, tasting, storage, milling, logistics and marketing for coffee, CARPEC supports the economic and social interest of the farmers.  
 
With the constant improvement of its member’s production aiming to attend the international coffee quality requirements, CARPEC has been reaching international markets and taking the name of its producers to worldwide.
 
CARPEC’s purpose is to grow consciously without neglecting social issues. Because its main role is to fortify the cooperativism, encouraging the economic, social and environmental growth of the region through agriculture.
