This coffee comes from the area around La Campa in the Lempira region. Lempira is situated on a slope that is fed by natural springs so that coffee has perfect conditions for growth and farmers have plenty of water to process coffee by the wet route. After processing, the coffee was hand-picked to eliminate any visible defects, which means coffee EP.
